As the property market evolves and changes our business adapts to suit the needs of our property owners and tenants.
Effective this quarter, our Principal Agent, Trisiana, will be leading our Property Management portfolio. As sales have slowed and property management remains steady, a restructure of duties is necessary for our team. Supporting Trish with the rent roll will be Helen Jutsen and Maria Muljono. To all of our property owners, please expect a call from Trish about your property very soon!

“There is opportunity for us to allocate more time to Property Management”, says Trish. If any of our owners are considering renting property please get in touch with our office. “Currently there is high demand among prospective tenants for furnished studio and one-bedroom apartments as well as two-bedroom apartments for overseas and interstate travellers.
Commencing in the coming weeks, the SydneyLinks team will be opening its doors every Friday to property owners and landlords. Beginning at 4:30pm each Friday, on a weekly basis, Trish and the team will be available to answer any of your questions or give advice. To make you all welcome the team will provide canapes and drinks so please let us know in advance if you would like to join us.
Trish and the SydneyLinks team are excited by the changes we are making as we adapt with an ever-changing property market and look forward to a succesful end to 2019!
