Currently, In-person auctions are off-limits and property inspections are available via private appointments and limited to one person only. We understand the process of property inspections has now become longer, with more precautions to follow but it is necessary to keep us all safe in this challenging time.
To take our business, and your experience to the next level, we are currently learning the ropes of new software, Property Tree. We are slowly releasing use of the app that goes with this software to our tenants and property owners.
Owners may have noticed our new end-of-year financial statements, produced and sent automatically from Property Tree. The feedback has been great with many of you indicating the new statements are easy to follow and make important features easy to find. Thank you for the feedback!
Shortly we will be releasing other features from the software, including our client portal. This will allow owners and tenants easy access to their property information at a glance including easy to view property payment history details for both tenants and property owners. Tenants will also have the ability to easily submit and manage maintenance requests directly from the app.
