Our New Property Manager & Assistant Accountant
Our Property Managers need that little extra special something to succeed in our team and remain competitive in the busy inner-city Sydney property market. We are happy to introduce our newest member to the team who brings with him experience and success, Ryan Wu.
Ryan has been working in Shanghai, Singapore, Melbourne and Sydney. He was formerly an accounts manager in the commodity trading industry, is experienced in vessel shipping logistics and has a masters degree in professional accounting. When it comes to property, he isn’t without expertise having two years in off-the-plan sales, leasing and property management.

For Ryan, he enjoys the challenges a property management role throws at him such as time management and daily negotiation skills. It never gets boring for Ryan.
Outside of the office you might find Ryan fishing, planning his next big trip or listening to Chinese pop or ballads.
