Immediately after interest rates dropped changes in the habits of the buyer were clear early on. Supporting this, loan requirements were eased as buyers were able to access finance, somewhat, more easily.
Following the market dip of recent, everyone in the property market is travelling through a current slow recovery. With news for sprin, such as tax reductions and lending criteria, we can expect to see a slow increase in margins over the next 12 months. It may take some time but we are heading to the point we were at before changes to the market occured in 2017.
Although many many property owners have been shocked and impacted by reductions in rates of return, we see confidence slowly building again.
