Our team is happily running like a well-oiled machine with the help of our two newest team members, Zoi Blazaki and Helen Jutsen. Both have brought enthusiasm and talent to our team as we continue to grow and return to busier times in the property market.
As part of an extended service we are consulting with industry professionals in the hopes of introducing a loan devision to SydneyLinks. This opportunity may provide a great way for our prospective buyers to connect with a mortgage broker who can give them a great home loan deal.
Looking forward, our focus is maintaining and growing our rental portfolio as demand increases rapidly. We will be communicating with all owners to ensure they know their current position in this ever-changing market. There may be some opportunity during discussions to look at longer leases, changed rental prices and improvements to property. This type of planning ahead of time will ensure owners and tenants are all well informed and well looked after. Expect to get a call from Trish very soon!
