Meet Lina and Tracy
At SydneyLinks, we’re excited to welcome two dynamic new members to our growing real estate team, each bringing a unique skill set and fresh energy to the way we support clients across Sydney. With backgrounds that span continents and creative industries, Lina and Tracy add even more depth to our understanding of what makes a property truly connect with people.
Lina comes to us with a fascinating blend of experience in communications, marketing and media. Originally from Colombia, she studied at Macquarie University and is a qualified social communicator with impressive experience working for the United Nations and the Colombian government in public relations roles. But it’s her talent behind the microphone that really sets her apart. Lina is a skilled voiceover artist and is truly talented at it. She has her own company, lending her voice to radio, commercial and dubbing projects with a signature clarity and warmth that makes her instantly recognisable.
This unique expertise translates beautifully into the world of real estate, especially when it comes to engaging video content, marketing campaigns and presenting properties with personality. Lina is passionate about connecting people to places and uses her marketing and communication strengths to help our clients tell their story in a compelling and authentic way.
Tracy brings a creative and intuitive approach to property that comes from years of experience in design, styling and travel. For her, a property is more than just a listing, it is a living space. Every time she walks through a fully furnished apartment, she instinctively thinks about how someone would live in it. She asks where the comfort lives, where the light falls, what would make someone feel at home. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: your home is your sanctuary. This outlook informs how she approaches each space, whether preparing it for sale or helping clients find the right fit. Tracy’s love for design is rooted in her own mid century styled home, a mix of global treasures and functional modern pieces. She believes in honouring the age and character of a building and designing around that feeling. For her, it’s about love first, renovation second, and always keeping the balance of form and function.
A proud local, Tracy is also a self confessed foodie and loves supporting Sydney’s small businesses. You’ll find her across the road from SydneyLinks at Glider cafe, where local hospitality shines. Her travel wish list is filled with destinations that feed the senses and spark creativity, from Istanbul’s colourful tiles and culture, to the historic terrace homes of George Town in Penang, Malaysia, where the food scene is second to none. She’s drawn to places with layers, stories and a strong sense of place, much like the properties she works with.
Together, Lina and Tracy represent the diverse spirit of SydneyLinks. They’re both deeply invested in understanding what makes each property unique, and how to connect that with the right audience. Their backgrounds may be different, but they share a commitment to real estate as more than just transactions. It’s about people, spaces and the stories that tie them together.
