While the price property in regional Australia grew three times as fast as expected, prices in Sydney in 2020 increased on average by 4%. In 2021, we expect this trend to grow.

Darlinghurst to Pyrmont Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Woolloomooloo and Pyrmont are following a similar trend as we end the year. Generally, one bedroom and studio apartments are the standout properties attracting rental increase recovery.
